Grupo Lactogal strengthens its presence among young talent

Grupo Lactogal continues to strengthen its connection with the academic community and to invest in closer engagement with young talent. With confirmed participation in several career fairs over the coming months, we aim to present our Group, our areas of activity, and career opportunities to students and recent graduates.

These initiatives enable direct contact with the academic community, support the identification of new talent, and promote the projects and challenges that are part of Grupo Lactogal’s daily operations.

In the coming months, we will be present at the following events:

MARCH

26/03 – Careers UPT 2026 – Universidade Portucalense
At Careers UPT, we will engage with students from different academic fields, presenting professional opportunities and challenges within Grupo Lactogal.

26/03 – ATEC Palmela Annual Fair
At the ATEC Palmela Annual Fair, our presence will focus on connecting with technical and operational profiles relevant to the company’s industrial areas.

APRIL

14/04 – Job Summit Coimbra
This recruitment event brings together companies, students, and young professionals from various fields. Our participation aims to showcase career opportunities and strengthen engagement with emerging talent.

14/04 – Employability Fair at Universidade da Maia
An initiative that fosters connections between companies and the academic community. Our participation will allow us to present opportunities and strengthen proximity with students and recent graduates.

21/04 – FCUP Job(a)Fair 2026 – Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto
A career fair aimed at students in scientific and technological fields. Our presence will focus on presenting opportunities and projects related to innovation, quality, and scientific development in the food sector.

29/04 – 38th Jobshop AEIST – Instituto Superior Técnico (Lisbon)
One of the leading university recruitment events in Portugal. Our participation aims to strengthen engagement with engineering and technology students and to promote opportunities in industrial and innovation contexts.

JUNE

16/06 – Employer Pitch – Porto City Council
An initiative promoted by Porto City Council that brings together companies and young talent. The event will provide an opportunity to present Grupo Lactogal, share career opportunities, and strengthen connections with early-career professionals.
