We operate one of the most robust and comprehensive logistics and commercial structures in Portugal, prepared to serve the market on a large scale, with efficiency, reliability, and proximity to our customers.

Our storage capacity includes about 70,000 ambient product pallets and 10,500 refrigerated pallets, ensuring high standards of availability, quality, and food safety.

Every day we plan and move hundreds of references to respond to a base of more than 15,000 active customers.

Daily, about 100,000 boxes are prepared in picking, representing approximately 28 million boxes per year, along with 1.5 million full pallets moved annually.

These numbers reflect the dimension, demand, and complexity of an operation designed to respond to different channels and customer typologies.


With operations in the Iberian Peninsula, in Portugal we reach the entire country — from north to south, from inland to the coast, from the mainland to the archipelagos — through an exclusive distribution network dedicated to our products, ensuring more than 1,500 daily deliveries, supported by about 300 vehicles, covering approximately 15 million kilometers annually.

Present in all channels, close to the consumer

In parallel, Modern Distribution also plays a central role in our commercial strategy and in creating value. It is a highly relevant channel for the Lactogal Group and an essential engine for reaching the final consumer.

We work in partnership with large customers, ensuring a solid national presence in more than 2,100 stores, mainly in the formats of hypermarkets and supermarkets, also including the online sales channel, which is experiencing strong growth.

Our market presence reflects the DNA of the Lactogal Group: to be present, consistently and closely, at all points of sale across the country. From neighborhood grocery stores to the HORECA channel, through large surfaces, we ensure continuous presence and aligned communication, fundamental for the notoriety and strength of our brands.
