Grupo Lactogal completes transition to a 100% electric light‑duty fleet

As part of its sustainability strategy, Grupo Lactogal has consolidated the transition of its light passenger fleet to a 100% electric solution, reinforcing its commitment to reducing the environmental impact of its activity.

The fleet renewal, initiated in 2023, allowed the replacement of all light passenger vehicles with electric models, supported by an internal charging network consisting of 53 stations distributed across 11 locations in Portugal, including fast chargers at strategic points.

With this transition, Grupo Lactogal estimates a significant reduction in operational costs associated with maintenance and energy, as well as an annual decrease in CO₂ emissions exceeding 500 tons.

This project represents a concrete step in promoting more efficient and sustainable mobility, aligned with the environmental goals of Grupo Lactogal and the current challenges of the sector.
